Our team of artists work as fast as they can but during holiday times (Black Friday, Thanksgiving, & Christmas) we are extremely busy but aim to get your digital art to you within 5-10 days. If physicals print are purchased, there is an additional 5-10 days after you approve your art for to be ready for printing and shipping.
During normal times, digital art works is sent with 3-5 days. Physical prints are ready to be produced within 5-7 days. Shipping time is between 5-7 days.

Our artists are very talented and put quality first. Sometimes they could miss an important detail that captures the true essence of the person based on the photo. We would gladly perform revisions in such cases.
Complete redo’s or adding additional objects in artwork are subject to additional charges. Each revisions request is reviewed on case by case scenario.
Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal so we will do everything we can to guarantee any edits needed that follow our policy.
Yes, pets, cars & other objects count as a subject. These items do take time to draw and create.
We highly recommend that you upload high-quality images where faces, colors, and textures are visible. This way we will be able to get everything right and there will be no need for revisions
It is the customer’s responsibility to specify all details they would like in their order in the order notes. Any details not included in the order notes will be assumed by our artist and will result in additional charges if the customer requires changes.
Our digital files are emailed to you in 16″x24″ high resolution (300 dpi) JPG. This size is perfect for printing on any media.
We do ship internationally. Standard international shipping is 10-14 days delivery not including production time.
Yes, your order can be upgraded to a Fine Art Print or Gallery Wrapped canvas if you originally purchased a Digital Art File. Please email customer service at [email protected]
Minor revisions/edits (eye color changes, facial feature edits) take 1-2 days. Major revision requests (clothing changes, redo body positions, new photos) can take 1-3 days.
